Our primary role is to take on all payroll responsibilities of our client’s temporary
and contracting workforce including employment and insurance coverage such as public
liability, professional indemnity and workers compensation.
We will converse with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs of their
projects and liaise with recruitment agencies to ensure only suitable candidates
are presented. ITRAC will review all submitted resumes for suitability and pass
on to the relevant hiring manager only those resumes that meet the criteria, both
skills and rate wise.
This process will free up the hiring managers’ valuable time which can be better
utilised on their projects. ITRAC will nominate two experienced recruitment staff
members to be approved by the client and be present at client site at all times.
ITRAC will not engage in any recruitment activities but will liaise with recruitment
organizations on client’s preferred supplier list. This will ensure that no conflict
of interest will arise.
