Unlike many other firms our Payrolling service is not out-sourced, but is the responsibility
of our own Accounts team. This ensures optimum accuracy and complete flexibility,
and has contributed to our reputation as an excellent service provider.
Services to our clients / Contractors:
- Transition contractor services - iTRAC can transition contractors from a Clients
Direct payroll or via a third party onto our own payroll system.
- Direct Contractor Engagement - Clients that engage contractors directly (Direct
Contractors) can use our payroll services and conversely contractors who have organized
their own contracts can make use of our payroll services as either a PAYG or ABN
/ Limited Company.
Benefits to our clients:
- Relief from obligation to pay Payroll tax for Contractors, as this will now be handled
by ITRAC on behalf of the client.
- Mitigation of risk to client of liability for Workers compensation Insurance (Workcover),
Superannuation and Taxation entitlements.
- Provision of cover for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.
- Provision of a consolidated invoice for all Contractors
- Regular fortnightly payments to contractors
- All payrolled Direct contractor conversions to permanent status under ITRAC umbrella
attract a NIL fee.
- Standardisation of Agreements between client and ITRAC and between ITRAC and the
Contractor. This will ensure a consistency of Service Levels, and Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of customised Management Reports - customised reports can be produced
according to clients requirements.
- Induction of contractors in areas of OH&S and Work Place Policy.

- Formalised agreements in place to ensure consistency of contract services
- One point of contact for any Contract / Engagement issues
- ITRAC can negotiate terms on behalf of the Contractor should this be required
- Regular fortnightly payments
- Option to provide economical cover for Professional Indemnity & Public Liability
where required
- Option to handle Workers Compensation, Superannuation & Tax payments for PAYG
- Ensure contract extensions in place 4 weeks prior to contract end date where possible
- Provide optional induction pack covering Work Place Policy, EEO, OH&S etc.
