Terms and Conditions
PERMANENT PLACEMENTS
FEE SCHEDULE
The fee of 15% will be calculated on the annual remuneration package
accepted by the candidate. The package will include base salary, allowances,
superannuation contribution and guarantees. Where a Company car is supplied, it
will be regarded as an additional $10,000 to the annual amount.
GUARANTEE
If an applicant resigns or is dismissed for any reason within three (3) calendar
months of commencement, our Recruitment Guarantee will apply. This
guarantee is valid only if payment of the original fee is received within
fourteen (14) days of invoicing.
ITRAC RESOURCES must be notified in writing within 7 days of such an event and
full payment of our fees must be received within our standard terms of
business.
RECRUITMENT GUARANTEE
Under the Recruitment Guarantee, the client is entitled to be provided with a
suitable replacement by ITRAC RESOURCES Pty Ltd at no additional placement fee.
This condition will apply for twenty-eight (28) days from the date of
notification. If ITRAC RESOURCES Pty Ltd is unable to provide a suitable
replacement within this time, a credit for the initial placement fee will be
allowed as follows:
Termination within one calendar month - 100% credit
Termination within two calendar months - 50% credit
Termination within three calendar months - 25% credit
GENERAL
Introductions are confidential. The passing of an introduction to another
employer, which results in an engagement, renders the Client liable to payment
of the fee as set out above.
These Terms and Conditions are deemed to be accepted when the Client accepts a
resume from ITRAC RESOURCES Pty Ltd. Any candidate subsequently hired by the
Client within six (6) months of such referral will incur the standard
recruitment fee.
